About Us

Kristen has been in the accounting business for over 20 years, but her true passion lies in real estate and interior design. After earning a business degree, she pursued a second degree in interior design and bought her first home. Applying her new design skills to her own property, she received positive feedback and saw an opportunity to combine both her expertise in business and design into one venture. This led to the purchase of her first rental property.

While she enjoyed the idea of steady long-term income from the property, she also faced many of the challenges associated with being a landlord. Late and unpaid rent, tenant turnover, and property damage were just the tip of the iceberg. These difficulties made her wish for a more passive way to manage long-term rentals. Since then, Kristen has been dedicated to helping other property owners and landlords streamline their operations, making rental income as profitable, passive, and painless as it should be.
